Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the cost of return shipping, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods and verified their condition.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be free of stains, odors, damage or signs of wear
• Be returned in their original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or apply a deduction if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
